Problem:

Follett Library Resources came to us looking to quickly extend online account management capabilities to their customers who used their Titlewave application. Titlewave is a powerful web application that users can use to search for books and audiovisual materials, build and store lists, and place orders online. They needed to give customers a way to check on orders and find out the order's status.

Solution:

Follett contracted us to work directly with their internal developers to develop a client account management tool. Customers now have access to real time order status and tracking, as well as, backorder information. While developing the new software into their existing system, our team was able to strictly adhere to Follett's software development guidelines to make maintenance and future enhancements as easy as if the tool had been written in-house.
