What is it? It's the procrastination hack, a helpful trick for "procrastinators, compulsive web-surfers, and the easily distracted." Basically, you work 10 minutes, then take a 2 minute break – do whatever you want (clean your desk, grab a coffee, read DogFancy). Rinse and repeat (the *5 refers to the number of repetitions per hour). Does it actually work? I'll let you know.
