Well, unfortunately we still have not heard back from Bloglines 🙁 Funny thing is last time we had an issue with them they were so fast to respond. I guess that was a bit of an anomaly.

So what we are left with is to come to our own conclusions here. What we believe is the problem with the Bloglines multiple post issue is that their system compares the tag in the rss feeds to versions they have in their database. So what happens is someone posts entry and then finds a typo or something wrong with it and then makes their correction. Bloglines then takes that and compares it to what they have on record and since there has been changes, they treat that as two different posts.

Our only solution at this point is to make sure once you publish something that is your final version. Otherwise if you edit a published post, readers will end up with multiple versions in their Bloglines.
