A lot of search marketers take stock in Google’s crawl budget and how it affects page ranking on Search Engine Results Pages (SERP).

Here’s a tip. Cull the herd and win big!

Consolidate pages on your website to reduce keyword cannibalization. Deprecate weaker pages by first moving their content to the cornerstone pages. Take this chance to clean up and refresh old content. You’ll undoubtedly see a return on your investment. To track this use Google Search Console to monitor the movement of keyphrase impressions and keyphrase click-throughs.
