Should I throw away Google Search Console? Can data in your Digital Marketing Toolkit (SEMrush, Moz, ahrefs) actually replace the need for Google Search Console data? Short answer is, we don’t think so. GSC provides so much valuable information: Index coverage, sitemap errors, URL inspection, core web vitals, mobile usability, AMP etc. Plus, GSC has REAL data straight from the horse’s mouth. Why not see the actual search queries or click-throughs and the impressions for each search phrase. And all that for FREE? Whatever your toolkit – Google is Google and it has its own data and there’s no replacing the data Google has about your website.
