Not all content is search content.

Not all content is search content?

Really?

But what about Google?

Well, sometimes content may not rank or get any organic search traffic and that’s okay. That might not have been the goal. The reality is don’t throw away good content just because it’s not serving your SEO goals. There are other purposes for content on your website.

  1. It could be helping your sales team, sell
  2. It could help your legal team
  3. It could help your ads team
  4. It could help your advocacy / PR team
  5. It could even help your customers

Writing short, readable copy and that’s win for everyone!

And remember sometimes not all content needs to be optimized for Google.

I enjoy reading & writing about the web and digital marketing. My day-to-day focuses on ensuring our clients have big wins. That begins with extraordinary website design and UX. The real exciting stuff is helping develop strategies to drive traffic (on-site page optimization) and help conversion rate optimization (getting new sales and / or customers). With all my “other” time, I enjoy exploring new adventures with my 3 daughters and wife.
