What metrics are you using for you assocation? What type of quantitative analysis do you find to be the most valuable information to make decisions? Is there a metric or analysis that you would find very useful to calculate that you are either unable to figure out or have to calculate yourself?
Here are some common ones:
- Lifetime value of a member
- Allowable acquisition cost of a member
- Actual acquisition cost of a member
- Members renewed (over a time period)
- Members lapsed (over a time period)
- New members
- Member retention rate
