What metrics are you using for you assocation? What type of quantitative analysis do you find to be the most valuable information to make decisions? Is there a metric or analysis that you would find very useful to calculate that you are either unable to figure out or have to calculate yourself?

Here are some common ones:

  • Lifetime value of a member
  • Allowable acquisition cost of a member
  • Actual acquisition cost of a member
  • Members renewed (over a time period)
  • Members lapsed (over a time period)
  • New members
  • Member retention rate

Do you use any of these? If not, feel free to add to the list…
