Gulo designed the branding kit and web experience for SHARE Network. The website allows geriatric specialists to work with community based partners to provide invaluable health education to Chicago’s South Side seniors.
The SHARE Network is a HRSA Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program of older adults, caregivers, providers, and aging specialists working together to improve overall health on Chicago’s South Side. The goal is to bridge the gap between geriatric specialty care and the community through education and outreach. The program is operated by The University of Chicago Biological Sciences Division.
Additionally, Gulo built the SHARE Network a custom resource directory in Laravel PHP. The web app connected tightly to WordPress and leverage the WordPress API. It was designed so SHARE could use one single CMS to manage all their marketing content, as well as their partner listings in their resource directory.
