It’s something Jeff spoke about during his learning lab in Boston way back in August – make small investments in your business or association and iterate. You almost never really get it right the first time anyway. Build on what works, scrap the steaming piles of what doesn’t.
It makes a lot of sense…especially for (but not exclusively) smaller associations, who according to November’s FORUM magazine, get 70% of their revenue from sources outside of dues and membership fees.
