The Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) came to Gulo with these primary challenges: their site design was dated; their relevant, important content was hard to find; and their members’ perceived value of the website was diminishing.
Gulo not only improved the design and UX of the site, but also rebranded the CICA logo and modernized their overall look and feel. We took a unique approach to site architecture, using mega-navigation to ensure as much content was surfaced to site visitors as possible. And we re-coded and redesigned CICA’s domicile search tool, their primary online benefit to members.
The results are hard to deny. CICA’s members have given the site rave reviews for improved usability and value and the site is scalable into the future. The domicile tool has become an online destination for the entire captive industry.
